I grew up in Eastern Europe, immigrated to the United States with my immediate family, and settled in New York. I attended High School and did the rest of my schooling in New York City while working part-time to help support myself. I was fortunate to meet incredible people who influenced my life and helped me achieve my fullest potential.
I attended NYU Medical School and did my residency education at a renowned New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. This laid a solid foundation and paved the path to a successful career, allowing me to do what I love—take care of people’s eyes and improve sight.
Someone I respect once said that success is in the agency of others. Without the support of my peers, friends, family, colleagues, and teammates, I could not deliver the highest quality of care to my patients.
I live in New York with my partner, two children, and a dog. We love to take trips, big and small, as well as spend time with extended family.
